For individuals with
developmental disabilities
IDDs impede an individual’s physical, emotional, and/or intellectual development, often impacting several body parts and systems. Whether present at birth, like Downs Syndrome, developed in adulthood, like cerebral palsy, or caused by trauma, IDDs impact the ability to learn, reason, problem-solve, and adapt social and life skills.
For those with IDD and for those who care for them, day-to-day activities can be overwhelming and frustrating. There is help available.

Tavros Care works closely with your state’s Department of Health and Human Safety to place adults and children with disabilities in our homes which are staffed by our experienced and compassionate specialists who are trained to support those with IDD. We also partner with doctors and behavioral specialists to develop Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and strategies for teaching life skills. Our goal is to integrate our residents into the communities and neighborhoods in which they live to enrich their lives, as well as the lives of those around them.
