Tavros Care opened its doors in 2015, but our leadership team has a combined 80+ years of experience in the industry, as well as a true passion for the work they do.

Together we have a growing portfolio of residential homes and have supported dozens of patients.

Our success is based on our team’s ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with our residents while finding ways to lift their spirits and have fun. Our staff cares deeply about our residents. We are committed to changing lives for the better, both for our residents and for our team members. Caregiving is a deeply rewarding career, and our residents thrive under our care.

Small business family created for disable people

Tavros Care offers both adult and child homes where our staff support and assist each individual with their daily activities to help set them up for success. Our team teaches life skills that enable our residents to find employment or go to school, and we offer regular outings into the communities where our programs are located to further enrich the lives of those in our care.

Individual Support Plans

Our care is based on the Individual Support Plans (ISP) developed for each resident by a licensed behavior specialist and doctor, to ensure any and all specific medical, dietary, and emotional needs are met. We want to instill a sense of comfort and caring, while also providing plenty of opportunities to explore new things.

The Departments of Health and Human Services we partner with offer many services for adults and children with IDD ranging from part-time to full-time in-home services to foster care to 24/7 residential care, where Tavros Care comes in. We accept individual referrals from our partners at the State for those with IDD who need a safe and caring place to live and grow.
