Family Services

At Tavros Care, we understand the unique challenges and joys that come with caring for loved ones with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Inspired by Oregon's dedication to enriching the lives of individuals with I/DD through a wide array of services—from in-home support to 24-hour residential care—we've created a haven that feels like home, not just a service.

Resources

There are resources available to help those with IDD find medical care, secure employment, obtain an ISP, set up in-home care, and more.

However, whether you need assistance from a services coordinator to create an ISP plan, a Personal Support Worker to assist with personal care, household tasks, and being active in the community, a respite provider to provide temporary relief for a primary caregiver, or someone to just train family members on how to support their child with IDD, the state offers assistance.

Administration on Disabilities

The Administration on Disabilities (AoD) collaborates with states, communities, and partners in the disability network to equip individuals with disabilities of all ages with opportunities, tools, and supports to lead lives of their choice in their community. Read More
